How it works

Online

Using my tried and tested system, I will write you a programme to follow around your lifestyle and goals. 

I use the Trainerize app to deliver your programme. There is video demonstrations of any exercise I will include. 

It integrates with Apple / Google, Fitbit, Strava, MyFitnessPal and many more.

The more you put in, the more you will get out of the programme, you will be programmed 3-4 gym / home based workouts per week – depending on your goals. My programmes are based around strength and mobility, allowing you to achieve greater performance, with reduced chance of injury. 

However life get’s in the way sometimes, don’t stress, these things happen – maintaining consistency is key, just let me know and we can make a plan to make exercising easier around your lifestyle.

Certainly – Is it to run 10k? Or be able to put your sock on without a struggle? 

Goals are often dynamic, many clients come to me wanting be insert goal here, but end up wanting to be far more badass than that, once they realise what they are capable of!

Goals need to be achievable and we will break your goals down into smaller steps, it is one step at a time.

Once a week for a detailed call (15 mins approx), discussing your programme and any progressions – but just ask if you have any questions and I will get back to you as soon as I can. 

I may contact you through the week to see how you are getting on, and give you a little bit of encouragement.

I will be in contact within 1-2 working days of you filling out the forms and completing the Direct Debit to arrange an initial consultation.

There will be a few more in depth questionnaires  I will send you for me to best understand your needs, lifestyle and goals. 

If for whatever reason, at this stage, I can not coach you – I will arrange a full refund. 

Establishing your goals, evaluating your lifestyle and creating your initial programme takes some time – this is covered over the 2 months period. 

The results are completely down to your commitment to the programme and your nutrition. 

After the first 2 months, there is no obligation to carry on, please just let me know and we can arrange the cancellation – of course I hope you don’t!
